FS4M Seminar 4 “Mycotoxin Mitigation Strategies” was focused on the impact and management of mycotoxins in the agricultural sector, featuring insights from leading experts from the UdL. Dr F. Molino highlighted the effects of mycotoxins on livestock health and productivity, while Dr I. Teixido presented work of Prof. A.J. Ramos, exploring strategies to mitigate mycotoxin contamination in animal feed. Dr C. Cervini from CU, through a webinar session, provided molecular biology techniques for fungal identification, with a focus on Aspergillus species.
