Dr C. Tassou, co-leader of FunShield4Med team, presented our newly funded EU project “AMBROSIA”.

During 6-8 May 2025 FunShield4Med participated to the International Association on Food Protection (IAFP) European Symposium held at Madrid, Spain. Our project presented results from our Joint Research Project with Dr A. Lytou, had valuable networking with stakeholders and academia, while our team co-leader Dr C. Tassou presented ELGO-ITAP’s newly funded project AMBROSIA.
